At PLSA we have previously had a great partnership with MAC Cosmetics who have generously funded the former HIVE along with payment of SA Ambulance Membership.With moving from Glandore the conditions were altered but fortunately the final payment from MAC has gratefully been received.

PLSA can now pay for SA Ambulance membership and / or renewals.

Having ambulance cover is important as the concept of an accident means we never know or expect an accident to occur. It is like a smart safety net and cost is around $48 compared to $600 to $800 if you need an emergency ambulance and are not a member.

As soon as we receive this we will send a cheque along with a copy of your payment invoice.

If your membership has expired more than 1 month then this will require you to complete a new application form (this may mean a different membership number) will be allocated.Please check that the application form is current otherwise cost may vary just slightly . Currently fee for a single is $48.

We will endeavour to process and forward with payment by cheque to SA Ambulance as soon as we receive it. They will then send you out a payment receipt.
